Shift Lead

Full-time or part-time • On-site, Serramonte Center

The mall is open 74 hours a week and the manager covers 45. The rest of the time, you're in charge: opening or closing, running the bar at pace, and sorting out the small problems first.

Experience on a busy bar: café, boba, ice cream or QSR
Comfortable being the most senior person in the room
Weekend availability
Food Handler Card, or willing to get one

Pay: $22.00 per hour, with the same benefits as the rest of the team.

Before you apply

Opening a store isn't glamorous. There'll be a week where the delivery is wrong and someone calls in sick on a Saturday.

What we won't do is hand you a salary and quietly work you fifty hours. And we'll pay you from your start date even if the build runs late. Asking someone to quit a job and then wait unpaid isn't reasonable.
